Talk at Workshop on Memory-Efficient Algorithms

Simple, Fast and Lightweight Parallel Wavelet Tree Construction

Today, I presented our results on wavelet tree and wavelet matrix construction that we submitted to ALENEX (update: the paper has been accepted) at the Workshop on Memory-Efficient Algorithms and their Application in Marine and Life Science in Kiel (the link to the website of the workshop is not working anymore). The slides are available as handout and heavily animated.
